居住权验证

Before you can register for ag体育 at City 大学 of Chicago (CCC), you must verify your residency so that we may determine your 学费。 您的验证文件上的地址必须与您在CCC入学申请中提供的地址相符。 If you have any questions, please contact the 招生办公室 at the college to which you applied。      

Once you have applied to City 大学, please verify your residency in one of the following ways:             

          

1。 Submit through your student
portal at my。ccc。edu
        

Log in to my。ccc。edu and click on “Profile,”
then select “Proof of Residency Documents,” upload approved documents listed
below to your portal。 您的文件将在1-2个工作日内审核完毕。      

  • Documents must submitted in one of the following formats: GIF, JPEG, JPG, PDF, PNG。

If your name does not appear on documents such as the mortgage/lease or utility bill for where you live, you may fill out and submit the 候补住院医师证明 to the 招生办公室 at the college to which you applied using one of the methods above。

5。 芝加哥公立学校（CPS）高中的电子成绩单            

If you currently attend a CPS high school or have graduated from a CPS high school in the last nine months, you can ask your counselor to send your official transcripts to the 招生办公室 at the college to which you applied。 这一步适用于早期大学的学生。          

          

Please provide at least one of the following approved documents to prove your residency:

Independent students must verify their residency by presenting at least one of the preferred documents in the student’s name listed below:

  • Valid driver’s license or State of Illinois or City of Chicago identification card

  • Current utility bill (60 days or less): water, electric, gas, or home phone (mobile phone bills are not accepted)

  • 银行对账单（核对前90天内）

独立学生的定义。 CCC采用联邦学生援助对独立学生的定义。 A student is considered independent if one or more of the following applies: 

    • 年满24岁；

    • 他/她有家属吗 providing at least half the financial support for;

    • 是美国武装部队的退伍军人；
