早期大学课程戴利学院早期大学计划允许高中生免费学习大学水平的课程。 学生可以获得大学学分，减少获得大学学位的总时间和成本。

The 早期的大学 program offers two ways for students to earn college credit: 双学分双入学。 High school juniors and seniors who are interested in either program should start by discussing available options with their school counselor。

Daley College has a partnerships with various Chicago Public Schools to offer college credit courses available to juniors and seniors at their high school。 Students may take college ag体育 taught by high school instructors, credentialed by Daley College, in the fall and spring semesters。 Students may earn both college and high school credit without any adjustment to their high school schedule。

High school juniors and seniors can enroll at Daley College and take on-campus, remote or online college courses in the fall, spring and summer terms。 Students are able to choose from courses such as English, Math, Foreign Languages and Science courses, as well as follow prescribed career pathways, which are designed to prepare them for work in a high-demand industry。 职业道路研究领域包括商业、计算机科学、刑事司法、儿童早期发展和先进制造业。 Additionally, students coming from our STEM partner schools are able to enroll in Associate Degree STEM pathways such as Computer Science, IT, Networking, Pre-Health, Pre-Engineering, Wed 发展, and Business。

Eligibility - 双重登记 and 双重信用  
  1. Students must have at least 2。5 GPA AND at least a 90% attendance rate in high school to participate。
  2. Students must be a Chicago resident。

  4. Any student younger than 16 and/or not yet a high school junior must work with the Daley College 早期的大学 Program to obtain permission from the Daley College President to participate。
  5. Students may need to meet pre-requisites for a college course and can do so by submitting approved ACT and/or SAT scores and/or taking CCC分班测试s。 Before taking any placement test, please review the math 亚历克斯 and the English 读写（RTW） Test Prep Packets and 一定要做好准备。 （见下面的分班考试信息）

  1. 应用 to the 早期的大学 Program at Daley College。 
  2. Obtain a copy of your High School Transcripts and picture ID from your high school counselor。
  3. Obtain a copy your ACT/SAT test scores or take the CCC分班测试 (亚历克斯 and/or RTW)。 
  4. Complete the Permission Form and Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) Disclosure Form making sure to have a parent sign

Since the placement test is very important step in the process, we strongly encourage students to review placement test preparation materials, accessible through the links to the right under 其他资源。 Daley College also offers free placement test preparation services through our Testing and 辅导中心。 Proper preparation is a great way to make sure you do your best!
 
New and returning students without valid placement scores or passing grades are required to take the placement test before registering。 The 亚历克斯 math placement test determines where a student should begin Math ag体育 and/or ag体育 that require specific math-level eligibility。 The Reading to Write (RTW) Placement test determines where a student should begin English ag体育 and/or courses that require English-level eligibility。 Students should contact their high school counselor to setup a proctored 亚历克斯 and/or RTW test。 Students may also test at Daley College by setting up an appointment with the Daley College Testing Department。  

The 亚历克斯 math placement test can be taken up to five times in a calendar year and is untimed, whereas the Read to Write placement test can only be taken once per semester。
